Sparkolloid is a fining agent used to help clear wine, cider, mead, and beer. It works by attracting suspended particles so they settle to the bottom, leaving the finished beverage clearer.
It is commonly used when wines or ciders remain hazy after fermentation and other fining methods.

Directions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 1 cup (8oz) of boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes. Add the mixture to 6 gallons (23L) of wine and stir gently. Allow approximately 1 week to clear before racking or bottling.
Contains: diatomaceous earth and agar alginate.
