Shipping and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 30 days after receiving them. Orders over $80 get a full refund. For orders under $80 the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If your product has arrived with a defective component (eg. lid, gasket, adaptor), please contact us. We can ship the replacement part to you free of charge.
Parcels are shipped through Canada Post. Typically, you will get your items within 1-4 business days after leaving our store (depending on your location). You may experience some delays during busy holiday seasons, or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us if you suspect that your package may be lost. We will investigate further and make sure that you either get your order or receive a full refund.
