One Step Oxygen Cleaner – No-Rinse Brewery Cleaner (5 LB)

One Step is an oxygen-based cleaning powder used for cleaning brewing and winemaking equipment.

When dissolved in water it releases active oxygen that helps break down organic residue such as dried yeast, sugars, and fermentation deposits.

Unlike chlorine products, One Step will not leave odours or films and is safe for glass, plastic, and stainless steel equipment.

Directions:

• Use approximately 1 tablespoon per gallon of water
• Allow about 2 minutes of contact time
• No rinsing required for most homebrewing applications

Note: One Step is primarily a cleaning product. It releases hydrogen peroxide and has mild sanitizing properties, but it is not a dedicated sanitizer.
