Rum Turbo Yeast – Distillers Yeast up to 15% ABV (107.5 g)

Rum turbo yeast formulated for fermenting molasses and sugar washes used in rum-style distillation. This yeast includes nutrients and enzymes to support rapid fermentation and maximize alcohol yield.

The included glucoamylase enzyme helps convert dextrins into fermentable sugars, allowing the yeast to reach alcohol levels of up to approximately 15% ABV.

Recommended wash:

• Molasses and sugar mixture (commonly 50:50)
• Alternatively, a 100% sugar wash may be used

Directions:

• Prepare substrate and allow temperature to reach about 30°C (86°F)
• Add the entire yeast sachet and stir well
• Attach airlock and ferment between 20–30°C (68–86°F)
• Fermentation typically completes in about 3 days
