Enartis Tannisol is a convenient wine additive used to help protect must and finished wine from oxidation and microbial spoilage. This 2-pack includes two 10 g sachets, making it ideal for standard home winemaking batches.

Formulated with potassium metabisulphite, ascorbic acid, and tannin, Tannisol provides both antioxidant and antimicrobial protection, helping preserve freshness, stability, and overall wine quality during production, racking, and storage.

Composition:
E224 Potassium Metabisulphite 95%
E300 L-Ascorbic Acid 3%
Tannin 2%

How to Use:
Dissolve in a small amount of water, must, or wine, then stir thoroughly into the full batch for even distribution.

Simple Dosage Guide (From Manufacturer):
Must / Preventative Use: 10 g per 100 L
White Wine (curative): 20 g per 100 L
Sweet Wines: 30 g per 100 L

Easy Home Winemaking Guide:

  • 23 L batch (standard kit)
    Preventative: ~2.3 g (about 1/4 sachet)
    Moderate: ~4.6 g (about 1/2 sachet)
    High: ~6.9 g (about 3/4 sachet)
  • 54 L batch
    Preventative: ~5.4 g (about 1/2 sachet)
    Moderate: ~10.8 g (about 1 sachet)
    High: ~16.2 g (about 1.5–1.75 sachets)
